Sales & Shipping Policy
BSI Medical will strive to have all orders processed the same day; orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. All in stock orders received by 2:00pm (EST) Monday thru Friday will be shipped via UPS that day. All orders received after 2:00pm (EST) will be shipped the next business day, via UPS.

We offer free shipping on supply orders over $75.00 that will ship regular UPS ground. Price quotes will be given on all other orders. (Example: overnight shipping, oversized shipping, freight orders, ect.) Orders that ship directly from manufacture will adhere to the manufactures delivery schedule.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must call for a return authorization number with in 30 days for a refund, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping and handling for a return is the responsibility of the purchaser. All returned items must be returned in its original condition, with original packing materials and include a copy of your sales receipt.
